When will I find out if I have been approved?

Once you have submitted the application, our Banya Ballers Club team will review your application. We will contact you regardless of whether you have been approved or not. Depending on the volume and number of applications, we cannot answer how long this may take, but we try to answer all applications within 2 weeks.

How do I get my discount code?

If you have been approved as a Banya Ambassador, you will receive an email with all the information sent to the email address you entered when you made your application.
